The oil/water well blocking remover (IV) is used to remove the blockage from corrosion product and carbonate salt, it can slow the precipitation from ferrous hydroxide and reduce the corrosion. Therefore it can be used for deep acidification and dissolution to remove block.

(1)Appearance: brown liquid;

(4)Inhibition performance: corrosion rate is less than 2.5g/m2·h (90℃、atmospheric pressures、N80 casing steel).
(5)Compatibility with crude oil: no formation of emulsion and acid sludge.
(6)Dispersivity: Soluble in water at any rate;
2. Applications
(1)Remove block caused by corrosion product such as ferrous sulfide or ferric oxide to reduce the pressure and increase the water injection rate.
(2)Remove block in oil or water injection well caused by contamination
(3)Good for wells of 150℃ or less.
3. Uses
(1)Preparation: mix well the product with water at the ratio of 1:6
(2)Operation: injection it with cement truck into formation. For oil well shut-in and react 6-8 hours then discharge. For water injection well shut in and react 6-8 hours then water can be injected.
4. Dosage
For every meter of oil layer use 2-3 m3 (perforation penetration).
